Mahinder K. Jain is an accomplished engineer and visionary entrepreneur who co-founded and currently serves as the Chairman of Asia Engineering. He is instrumental in charting the company's strategic direction, ensuring its growth, profitability, and success. His unwavering commitment to excellence has positioned Asia Engineering for further development and achievement in the future.

Mr. Jain has made significant contributions to the construction and engineering industry. He has successfully led Asia Engineering in completing numerous large-scale construction projects across various sectors, including Industrial Projects, IT Infrastructure, Retail and Entertainment, Education and Institutional, Pharma and Healthcare, High-Rise and Residential buildings, and Road/Community Infrastructure. As a member of the American Concrete Institute, he possesses in-depth knowledge of structural engineering, which has helped establish Asia Engineering as a premier engineering service provider in the Asian market.

Mr. Jain considers philanthropy and corporate social responsibility as essential elements of his personal and business values. He has significantly and actively contributed to the preservation of many Jain temples in South India, thereby promoting Jainism and its values in the region. He and his family are also involved in several philanthropic activities, including supporting the education of the girl child, underprivileged education, food security, and medical emergency aid.

Mr. Jain holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Banaras Hindu University, a Master of Science in Highways from Punjab University, and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, US.
