We organise regular professional training programmes to improve their skills and train them in new techniques, methods of construction, and safety awareness.
Internal & External Training
Apart from periodic in house training programs, A(C)ECPL employees participate in various training programmes conducted by the National Productivity Council, Bureau Veritas Certification ( India ) Ltd. A(C)ECPL in an arrangement with professional institutes like CIDC ( Construction Industry Development Council ) and HDI-NAC recruits fresh students and imparts them practical training in their specific trades enabling them better job opportunities in the Company.
Asia (Chennai) Engineering provides intensive training to mould enterprising youth into men of calibre.
The knowledge and training acquired by the employees is subsequently shared with other personnel. As a result, the Company has contributed substantially in moulding enterprising youth into men of calibre.The management trainees both commercial and technical are identified and inducted with great care. Every effort is made to give them continuous on-the job training while conforming to the statutory and quality needs to fully qualify for the job they perform. As a result they shape well and fit into the company’s culture enabling the Company’s progress and growth.
