Ravi is the managing director of the Asia (Chennai) Engineering. A highly experienced executive in diverse fields, Ravi brings a demonstrated track-record of leading teams of high-performing professionals to new levels of success in various highly competitive industries, cutting-edge markets, and fast-paced environments.

Ravi is also the President & Founder of P.S. Therapy, a pharmaceutical company committed to harnessing the powerful effects of a proprietary nano micellar platform to develop and enhance transformative formulations in the treatment of ophthalmic diseases and other therapeutic areas. He carefully analyzes an organization's critical business requirements, identifies deficiencies and opportunities, and develops innovative and cost-effective solutions. Ravi is also involved with several organizations including the American Glaucoma Society and others to help eradicate needless blindness.

Earlier, Ravi founded and served as the President of ASICO, an ophthalmic instruments company that has pioneered innovation in surgical instrumentation for over 35 years between 1983 and 2021. He turned ASICO into a brand synonymous with innovation and quality, frequently working with top surgeons & KOLs from around the world to develop new instrument designs for the latest techniques with an emphasis on surgical efficiency and superior patient outcomes. Ravi developed over 30 patents associated with instrument designs and other ophthalmic innovations. In 2021, he exited ASICO following the strategic sale of the company.

Ravi holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
